Cadbury Bournvita 'Get the Message' Mental Health Bot
Covid didn't just affect us physically but also mentally. And the most vulnerable were kids, who found the lockdown too drastic a change.
In a country where mental health of kids is considered a taboo, parents tend to miss the signs. To help them #GetTheMessage, we launched
a bot via interactive films. A microsite gave parents all the necessary information and also helped them get in touch with councillors.
Results so far:
1.5 million parents interacted with the bot, creating over 100,000 conversations in 3 months
150,000 parents signed up on the website to know more about kids' mental health
The toll-free mental health helping touched the lives of over 1500 children.
